Terms & Conditions for Sheetal Petkar Portrait Couture & Stillness by Sheetal*

  1. Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session day.

  2. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule their session with at least 10 days notice. Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  3. Lateness Policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the photographer’s discretion.

  4. Session Duration: Sessions are scheduled for a 3-hour duration. Additional time may be subject to availability and extra charges.

  5. Photo Selection & Delivery: Clients can select their portraits on the day of their in-person reveal session once they’re fully edited and ready. Editing will be completed within 1-2 weeks of the session. The prints will be ready to be picked up in the next 1 week.

  6. Editing & Retouching: Basic retouching is included. Additional edits beyond the standard package may incur extra charges.

  7. Copyright & Usage: The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights but may not sell, edit, or alter the images without permission.

  8. Model Release: By signing, the client allows the photographer to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.

  9. No Raw Files: Only fully edited images of the selected portraits will be delivered. Raw, unedited files and portraits that are not selected and paid for will not be provided in any form - digital or prints.

  10. Liability & Responsibility: The photographer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the session.

All content on this site, including still-life photography prints, merchandise designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Stillness by Sheetal and is protected by intellectual property laws.

**7. Use of Images**

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the still-life photography images from our site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

**8. Prohibited Conduct**

You agree not to engage in any conduct that is disruptive to our site or interferes with other users' ability to enjoy our services.

**9. Limitation of Liability**

Stillness by Sheetal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

**10. Termination**

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion.

**11. Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdictional courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

**12. Changes to Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
