Shipping & Returns

Once your payment is cleared, an order id will be generated and mailed to you as a confirmation of your purchase. Your purchased prints will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and the shipping details will be mailed to you.

Given the nature of items, we do not offer any returns, refund or credit on purchases. However, we shall be happy to give a replacement in case of misprinted/damaged/defective items based on its merit. Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For initiating a replacement claim, please send a clear picture of the misprint/damage/defect and email the same to sheetal@sheetalpetkar.com along with the order number and details of the misprint/damage/defect. Post assessing the merit of the case, we shall send a replacement of the original item at no extra cost at the same shipping address as the original item.
